Issue (of each child): Date Born, Birth Place, Death Date, Burial Place, Marriage Date and Spouse, Source.
Spouse: Where there is more than one spouse, this will be indicated by (1) or (2).
Names: All surnames are in capital letters, given names of issue are underlined.
Unsure of Entry: the query mark (?) is used to denote information about which some uncertainty exists.
Spelling: Names and places are spelt as supplied in reference material. Multiple spellings are indicated e.g., SMITH/SMYTH.
